With over 22 years in leadership positions with Tata, HDFC, and Genpact, Kishore has deep experience of establishing businesses from scratch and building them into large operations with multimillion dollar revenues and profits. For the last 4 years, he is supporting large organizations set up a thriving culture which promotes diversity, performance, and personal fulfillment.
Kishore has been a pioneer in introducing Neuroscience-based Leadership Development programs to India. He specializes in altering the mindset using tools and frameworks of Neurosciences, NLP, and Quantum Physics. He is an ACC certified coach from the International Coaching Federation USA. He is also a Fellow of LOMA, USA. He is the director consultant and Regional Trainer with BNI and has been awarded as the best Training Director for 2018 and 2019.

The Coaching Journey
His coaching journey started in 2009 with a world’s leading training and coaching organization. In 2015, he completed his Neuroscience (Brain) based coaching skills certification. Since 2016, he is an avid practitioner of NLP and Neuroscience based tools in India and abroad.
Kishore’s leadership programs and coaching are simple, logical, impersonal and yet very incisive in nature and offers ever-lasting sustainable transformation.
